DESCRIPTION:Give yourself the gift of Creativity this month! \nMagpie Art Center\, a charming farmhouse reborn as an art studio in Sedalia\, is hosting a Creative Renewal Retreat the weekend of Feb. 28 and March 1. The time is intentionally planned to focus on your creative potential in a supportive\, small group setting. \nRemember\, renew\, revive\, and refuel. \nMore than an art workshop or a way to unwind and socialize\, we will spend the hours together working through the essential stages of any creative idea: Plan\, Process\, Perfect\, Present. \nWhat to bring? ideas\, goals\, blocks\, unfinished stuff\, uncertainty\, frustration\, inspiration…whatever stirs the need to create. \nWhat is provided? technical support\, art materials\, space\, constructive critique\, instruction\, creators\, beverages\, snacks. \nWhat can you work on? simmering ideas\, garden plans\, unfinished artwork\, designs\, dreams\, decorating\, writing projects\, failures\, questions\, frustrations\, inspirations. \n  \nSaturday\, February 28th: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday\, March 1st: 1 to 4 p.m.
