DESCRIPTION:Drawing and painting have been a lifelong activity for me. My recent efforts of improving my techniques have brought me to a new level that I hope to share with you. \nThe wet-on-wet painting method we all see on TV is having a comeback and I can show you how to enjoy the freedom of making quick clouds\, mountains\, trees\, and water. \nThere is a power to learning this time-tested method that gives you confidence and creative energy. Bill Alexander showed me anyone can paint. Now I can show you too.  \nThere are two Wednesday evening sessions. The first session is designed for beginners\, but participants are welcome to join either session. Most students will complete a painting in a single session. \nPreferred starter kit as follows: \n \n3 canvas art panels or stretched canvas no smaller than 11 inches\, no bigger than 18 inches \nPaint: set of white\, red\, yellow\, blue\, plus a dark brown (burnt umber or van dyke) \nAngled palette knife\, 1-inch bristle brush\, medium fan brush\, medium liner brush \nPaper towels \nBasic chem gloves or shielding lotion \nThinner\, large brushes\, and white base paint will be provided. Most items will be available for purchase or rent as supplies last.
