Community Fun at Magpie Art Center
This Saturday, we’re turning ordinary rocks into colorful little works of art! Join us for an Acrylic Pour Painted Rock class where you’ll experiment with flowing paint, vibrant color combinations, and mesmerizing patterns to create unique decorative rocks for your garden, home, or as gifts.
Stop by the plant sale at The Whistle Stop on Saturday, too. Justin Ruiz from Desert Blooms (desertbloomplants.com) will be bringing a truckload of water-wise perennials and rock garden plants. You will also have the opportunity to buy tomato plants, vegetable plants, and flowering plants.

Native Pollinator Garden
Exciting news! Magpie Art Center is creating a Pollinator Garden filled with native plants to support bees, butterflies, and other vital pollinators. This vibrant space will not only beautify our grounds but also serve as an educational and inspiring place for the community.
We need volunteers to help with planting, soil prep, and garden design! Whether you have a green thumb or just a love for nature, we’d love your help in bringing this project to life.
The purpose of art is washing the dust of daily life off our souls
