Chair Massage–10:55 a.m.

Emmma, our yoga instructor, is also a licensed massage therapist. She will be offering blissful 20-minute chair massages between classes. Melt away tension, loosen your neck and shoulders, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and ready to float through the rest of your day.
