Anyone can paint! SAT–9 AM

Drawing and painting have been a lifelong activity for me. My recent efforts to improve my techniques have brought me to a new level that I hope to share with you.
The wet-on-wet painting method we all see on TV is having a comeback, and I can show you how to enjoy the freedom of making quick clouds, mountains, trees, and water.
There is a power to learning this time-tested method that gives you confidence and creative energy. Bill Alexander showed me that anyone can paint. Now I can show you too.
Class Schedule & Format
This class is offered in two options: one Wednesday evening session and one Thursday morning session. Most students will complete a finished painting in a single session.
Note: The sample image shown represents the style and skills you’ll explore—not a single painting you’ll repeat. Each week, the instructor will guide you through a new scene and subject, so every class offers a fresh creative experience and new techniques to try.
Preferred starter kit as follows:

3 canvas art panels or stretched canvas, no smaller than 11 inches, no bigger than 18 inches
Paint: set of white, red, yellow, blue, plus a dark brown (burnt umber or van dyke)
Angled palette knife, 1-inch bristle brush, medium fan brush, medium liner brush
Paper towels
Basic chem gloves or shielding lotion
Thinner, large brushes, and white base paint will be provided. Most items will be available for purchase or rent as supplies last.
