Oaxaca Cooking Class Fundraiser

🌶️ Oaxacan Cooking Fundraiser – A Taste of Tradition 🇲🇽Join us for a delicious evening celebrating the vibrant flavors of Oaxaca—all while supporting a great cause!

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to prepare a traditional Oaxacan yellow mole (no chocolate this time!), refried beans from the region, and refreshing Oaxacan gazpacho. We’ll also show you how to brew your own hibiscus tea (agua de jamaica)—a tart, floral drink loved throughout Mexico.

Chicken will be served on the side, making this a perfect event for vegans and omnivores alike. You’re welcome to pitch in and help cook, or simply nibble on appetizers and enjoy the show.

Recommended donation: $40 per person (but we’ll gladly accept more if you’re feeling generous!)
